1st time I've been here, staff very friendly, polite and informative (young Red haired lady) shower room clean.. could do with more HGV parking spaces tho... fills up early.. but apart from that very impressed with facilities... if only more garages had the same quality staff etc it would be great...

Just drove from Dover to Chester AIRBUS had enough time to reach this 24 hour shell Derby and Burton. Arrived at 22h00 about 50 microwave meals to choose from, not great but better than nothing at the end of a 15 hour day. Go to pay for my shepherds pie. Ask where is the microwave to heat my meal and man behind the counter says there ain't one mate we sell them but you can't eat them. Then said should have got here earlier great food in the pub (cherry tree farm) but it's closed. In this time of covid Mr shell tack you head out of your and put a microwave in your services that sells microwave meals. What a joke \SERVICE STATION\a bit of service please in this time of covid where everything is shut for truck drivers except service stations BEEF 03

This services was okay, it has patrol station called shell and V power, Allego Charging Station, HGV Parking, KFC and Costa Coffee express. There is also a public restroom and Drive Thru in KFC. It has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance

Present shortages of foodstuffs for the Shell / Waitrose.. This minute you will not be able to get a Sandwich. They were on reduction yesterday. Many other products are available however.

The shop in the Shell garage sells coffee but not tea!! This is a really bizarre oversight which must be addressed.
