Went in looking for a specific set of steak knives. They didn't have them in stock but they were able to order them for me. I needed them ASAP and they did a great job getting them to me on time. They have great customer service and I will shop there again.

Had the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time! I own an engraving business and needed to pick up some Libby Beer Tasting glasses. I called Restaurant Source and was given a case price of 35 for a case of 12 glasses. Before driving down I confirmed the glasses were in stock. Once I got there another sales rep wrote up my ticket and gave me a price twice what I was quoted and told me I would have to pay for twice as many glasses as the cases were only sold in 24. When we confronted the original sales rep that gave me the quote she confirmed that she had indeed quoted me a case price for 12 glasses at 35. I asked if they were going to keep the word they had given to me. I was told they would not break a case for me. Wasted my time and lost a customer who would have continued to shop there had they done what they had said. Gave them an opportunity instead they lost an opportunity. Disgraceful business practices!!!! I understand mistakes happen but you had no respect for my time and you would not keep the pricing and quantity quoted. Your mistake became my loss of time and money? Never had this happen before.
