Tthere is definitely a reason this company has only 2 stars. They are absolutely the worst. I literally was picking up my husband with COVID-19 from the hospital when they were calling me hounding me about payment. When I told them I would settle up after insurance settled, and we got him home and comfortable..they started calling him for payment...he is still very sick. The manager called me and refused to deliver the oxygen if I did not pay her a whopping total of 108.00. This company is a joke who cares nothing about providing a medical service and everything about money. By the way, I have never left a google review in my whole life. Additionally, I talked to my insurance company who verified that after days in the hospital, my husband met his out of pocket max, and we owe no one any more money. There has been no claim filed, and I don’t have a copay that is spoken of in the rebuttal. Based on the other reviews here..I will never see that 108.00 bucks.... This company threatened to withhold medically necessary oxygen over 108.00 that no one was refusing to pay, but asking for a chance to get a sick man home and an opportunity to let insurance settle. I have no idea where anyone could have even come up with a amount with no knowledge of how long the would actually need he product...inexcusable.

Showed up @ 3:40. Saw person who just loaded a few tanks into a car and rushed to the front door while we pulled up and locked up. THEY CLOSE AT 4 not 3:40. Shows how much they care. Had ordered tanks to be delivered. They no showed 3 times. Horrible service. Update received email claiming doors locked due to Covid-19. I’ve had to drive there every other Friday for the last 6 weeks because their delivery driver never came. Door was never locked before.
This is the worst company to deal with! They will bring out the equipment and start charging you. When you are done good luck on getting them to pick it up. They no show and having you wait all day for them. Even after you call them and they say no they are still coming. Now after not showing up they cannot tell me when they will come pick it up. They will charge you until they decide to come get it. Look else where !
This establishment is such a disgrace. Extremely unprofessional. They don’t care for their patients, and they apparently close earlier than their posted hours. We showed up 20 minutes before closing hours (no special signs on the door indicating that they closed early), and the blonde/brownish haired lady running the place ran inside (from helping another client i’m assuming) locked the doors and refused to answer the phones or door. I’m not sure if it’s due to the car we are driving or how we look, but that’s absolutely appalling. If your insurance sends you here, REQUEST SOMEWHERE ELSE. This office needs to be shut down.
