Mediocre bed and breakfast at best. Upon arrival the front desk service staff was very rude and disrespectful. They insisted on taking a picture for their website. (You would have expected better treatment given how they wore uniforms with stars on them) I booked a 2 week stay in “the towers” and the concierge “insisted” I get up every morning at 2am and work in their kitchen until 8am. I guess that’s why the stay was free.

Experience has been delightful all needs have been taken care of. While my man awaits all he faces from his past.... He will be a productive person in life. Thanks for all you do Denton county

Medical staff is very poor there. I saw someone die in there because they thought he was faking it, and I saw a friend In there have 2 seizures. It took them 30 minutes to get him medical attention when the deputy didn't even call for medical until inmates forced him too. Also, a very dirty facility. There are maggots on the shower walls, thinking about filing a complaint to the state of Texas so this piece of scum you folks call a jail can be taken down. There are way more cleaner and better of care medical wise jails in the state of Texas and this one has to be the worse. You have to practically die in there for medical to really do something.

Too many deaths going on in that joint. Medical team needs to be replaced with more professional people. Had a few guys die in there during my stay.

Used to be a Bail Bondsman and this is the worst jail, I have ever dealt with. Their communication system, Securus, is the WORST! Their are no signs telling you which building is for visitation. I was trying to leave prescribed meds and court clothes for an inmate and was told it was not allowed. How can they deny a person's prescribed medication? On the plus side, when I finally found the visitation location, the female officer in charge was very sweet and very helpful.
