Worst arrangement for IGNOU exams as there was no electricity in hot summer of June for approx 20 minutes. And the concerned persons did not pay attention even when students told them to do something and also they replied negatively in this regard. IGNOU should ban these schools for exams , planning to write a mail or grievance on this subject to IGNOU so as to avoid my other IGNOU MATES from this worst situation.
