Syndicate Bank - Lazy, unprofessional, frustrated and totally rude staff. Person working on Aadhaar enrolment was behaving rudely with people and making lots of mistake in data entry. Also he was denying to correct his own mistakes in data entry and telling people to come again in queue in morning which starts a 4 AM and pay for the each change.

Aadhaar enrollment/update ka form jo madam submit karti hai, pata nahi wo apne aap ko kya samajhti hai, jaldi sidhe muh kisi se bhi baat nahi karti hai. Kuch din pehle main first time syndicate bank gaya tha aadhaar update ke kaam se, mujhe nahi pata tha ki yahan sirf 20 form diye jate hai subah. UIDAI ne sabse galat kaam kiya bank me aadhaar enrollment / update ka kaam deke. Main 1000% sure bhi hoon ki aadhaar update ka kaam ab jyada black me chal rha hai. Dayal Sar road me ek printing wale ne mujhe kahan tha ki 400 lagega main sydicate bank se aadhaar update karwa dunga, phir maine or bhi detail janna chaha but usne jyada kuch bataya nahi. Phir maine 1947 pe call bhi kiya tha but mere pass jyada information nahi hone ki wajah se complain register nahi ho paya, warna kasam se GALAT TARIKE SE OVERCHARGE KARKE PAISE KAMANE WALON KO MAIN KABHI NAHI CHORTA. Kuch din pehle jab main ies bank me gaya tha tab aadhaar ka kaam karne wali madam kisi aadmi se keh rahi thi ki aaj ka 20 form ka quota pura ho chuka hai, Phir usne kisi or aadhaar enrollment center ke bare bataya or kahan ki wahan pura din kaam hota hai or wahan padhe likhe log bhi aate hai. \PADHE LIKHE LOG AATE HAI\ YE BOLNA JAROORI NAHI THA. Or ye bol ke wo madam pata nahi kya jatana chah rahi thi. Aapka kaam public ko better service serve karna hai naki kisi ko judge karna ki aap kaun hai or kya hai.

Great service , Less crowded, Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, So you're not troubled becuz of longer waits, you can easily get things done here Please visit before 2:30 pm for accounts related things like KYC form,fixed deposit related issues etc. Pass book updation,cash deposit/withdrawal can be done till 3:45 pm. The staff here is helpful and supportive but they are meticulous and stringent regarding some particular issues , try not to mess up with them. And try not be late ,it really annoys them nd you might end up in an argument with them, that's troublesome . Keep Calm and your work gets done in no time... This is the best branch of Syndicate Bank ...
