Poor service. Ask them to come and repair yet left my water dispenser in a bad state. Charge rm100 plus for the change of filter and broke the cap. Charge another rm70 for the cap and spoil my whole condenser. Asking for another rm500 to repair the whole thing. Please beware of Delcol. Salesperson and technician is equally inexperienced.

Poor customer service. Always with reason of no driver working so fail to send water. Tried to call and no one pick up the call sometimes. When you keep on ringing them, you will get hang up call. Hope they can sorted out driver issue.
