Little crowded. So customer service may be slow. But staff is caring if you approach them
The token system is down. You look around for help or information on who to see and don't find anyone to assist you. The guard is also the part time peon / office boy who keeps attending to managers or staff as soon as the call bell rings and once he returns, you wll find him seated opposite to the waiting area. Life is good for that guy. I went to meet the operation head Mr. Oberoi and upon finding him and explaining my request he murmured some words and started attending to some other work while I sat there waiting for him to respond to my case. I walked out not wanting to waste my time further only to find someone park their car right in front of the main gate blocking entry and exit. When I asked the guards about this, they casually told me that they had tried to stop him but he didn't listen. Absolute mind boggling fun.
