What a terrible pharmacy. There is obviously a dispute taking place between other pharmacies in the area and Morrisons pharmacy. Customer dealings are NOT a strong point of this pharmacy. They can't even record prescriptions which they have ordered but have been dispensed by another pharmacy. It is called record keeping. It is not the patients fault the medical practice decided to send the prescription to another pharmacy rather than the one from which it was ordered. It is no good repeating the mantra, \you have to tell them which pharmacy you want it to be dispensed from.\ WE KNOW THIS, SOMETIMES THE MEDICAL CENTRE GETS IT WRONG, THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR YOU TO NOT RECORD ADEQUATELY WHAT ORDERS YOU HAVE PRESENTED TO THE MEDICAL CENTRE FOR DISPENSING.

Called to speak to the pharmacist, got a irate response from whoever's answering the number, wasn't the pharmacy number as it states on Google, was the supermarkets number. got cut off numerous times.....

Awful. After moving from Saltney Morrison’s I’ve had problems probably every time in 2 years. Scripts never done or ready, pharmacist on his lunch and no one else able to dispense, misplayed prescriptions, short on medicine, and getting two important ones that get ordered together every 10 days constantly out of sync. I did fill in a questionare a few months ago and highlighted these issues but nothing’s changed apart from one rude lady who’s become even more rude with her customer skills. Wouldn’t recommend them if you need reliable pharmacist. Time for a change
