I met Dr. Costa as a special needs foster parent. I fostered and later adopted a 5 yr old boy. 20 yrs ago the DSM had no diagnosis for my boy. Dr. Costa dedicated himself to determine what my son's issues were, and to treat them. He also educated me. Long before they were diagnosing pre pubertal children with bi polar disorder he knew what was happening. He saved my son's life. Thoughtfully prescribed meds, thoroughly cared for my son's wellness and well being. Not too mention the dedication to our family for more than 15 yrs. He's the BEST ! Hope to see you soon Dr. Costa... he's 26 yrs old and doing good!
