So I came to check this place out for my mom and the Assistant Manager Kaya introduced herself and was super helpful with the self guided tour! Great location and beautiful property! We are filling excited to get this beautiful Apartment for our mom and will give you an update once she moves in! - keep up the good work!

I've lived at 1133 for a little over a year now, and my experience living here has been close to perfect. In the time that I've lived here, I've only had to submit a couple of maintenance tickets and these were for routine things like replacing a water filter or lightbulbs - nothing major. The tickets are closed out really quickly (usually the next day) and all of the maintenance guys are friendly and good at what they do. I've also had a great experience with the office staff, and Kaya especially has been super helpful. Whether it was move in, renewing my lease, or just day to day things, she's been very responsive and helpful. Finally, it's pretty tough to beat the location since you're in walking distance of the restaurants and shops in the square plus the MARTA station. If you want to live in Decatur, I'd highly recommend living at 1133.
A very pleasant and caring staff, in particular Kaya Allen. She was extremely helpful from the time we moved in and was always available to help. I would recommend 1133 on the Square for your rental needs. A great service team.
I've lived here @1133 on the Square for the last 4 months now, and I completely LOVE it! From the day, I came in contact with Kaya, (Assistant Manager of complex), she was very professional and pleasant. She also was very excited to show me around. After that, I knew I wanted to live here, and it's only gotten better. Kaya is always available and willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. The Maintenance Staff is great as well, Antwan (Maintenance Manager), is always timely, professional and friendly when there is a maintenance related issue that needs to be performed. The building and grounds are kept very safe and clean. The shopping and restaurants in the area are easily walkable and Awesome! I definitely made the right choice to move here.. so happy I did! My experience at 1133 on the Square was absolutely lovely. The amenities are always clean, the residents are extremely chill and kind, and it's a fabulous location. The apartment units themselves are built with great quality and high finishes, and are spotless when you first move in. The management team is by far the best of any other apartment complexes I've lived at. Kaya (the community manager) is extremely responsive, professional, and just so nice. It's evident she genuinely cares about the residents and the upkeep of the property. The maintenance team is also incredibly responsive, I never had an issue that wasn't resolved within 24 hours. @management team if you're reading this, thanks for everything y'all do!
