Charged me for mulch then told me it didn’t go through, ran it again. Then told me they forgot to add delivery fee. I cancelled my order on the spot. Two charges went through to my bank account, they only voided one and claim their merchant only sees one. Funny - my bank - USAA shows TWO! Only 1 was voided. So now I have to dispute the charge. I even sent them a screenshot from my bank account. THIEVES.
I bought 2 yards og cypress mulch. The people are always friendly and helpful. The mulch is reasonable priced andgood quality. Buy top soil and mulch. They are always helpful and their prices are reasonable.
seem to leave office 15-30 minutes before actual closing time so not there half the time when I need to get supplies for my business and puts me behind a day to finish jobs
