This building was donated by Hajah Daw Saw Shwe (Myanmar muslim lady) in 1952. She donated this building for the Myanmar-muslim orphan girls. Daw Saw Shwe was born in 6th January, 1903 at Insein township, Myanmar. Her parents ware U Ba Kyin and Daw Hnin Hlaing. In 1962 4th January, she was awarded Wunna Kyaw Htin by Myanmar government. She died at the age of 77 years in 1980 21st June.
