Extremely disappointed with the customer service. ordered a Bosch multi sander and have now waited over 7 weeks! Staff would only check on order when I went in each week to chase it up, I was promised a phone call to report on status, but of course nothing! Infuriated by lack of care as staff not at all bothered. No real apology and i now have to wait further for my refund. I will certainly not use machine Mart again! was trying to support local shops but Amazon has won out!
