Rented from them for five years. Always had a problem with maintenance issues and nothing getting fixed. When you call the office Teresa will get nasty and make excuses saying they don't have enough help and you will have to wait months or it will never get done. if you call the city on them they will try to get you evicted. The owner of Cross creek properties sits in the office and sleeps and sits on thr computer. he won't say a word to you, just wants his money. very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to rent from

Office manager was extremely rude and actually yelled at me when I entered the building. I have never been treated so badly as she treated me with one of the owners of the business present!
Could be better if they put the money like they should the apartments would be awesome.
There not very timely of getting stuff fixed been there two months and still cant grocery shop cause i dont have a working refrigerator they offered me 50 dollars off rent but my groceries were way more water stands in my floor everyday i get off at 7 am its no fun mopping everyday and its every excuse in the book why it does that it shouldnt matter where i place my refrigerator for it to work so im no longer cleaning the water up it will rot and fall through first . its been three weeks and still no solution but rent paid up and for you to say im sorry you didnt appreciate your credit as if you were doing me a favor lets me know alot about your character . i was the one inconvenience while you went home comfortably. And thats the problem with business they think you suppose to keep quiet and let them collect your rent . then come tell her whats wrong she got a nasty attitude pick another profession cause this aint it .
