They sit and talk for the whole 2 hour window they told me they have. So they took a total of 2:45 to load half a trailer. No one's leaving under 2hours here. On top of that, receiver (Menards) took more then 5 hours to unload. Rediculous excuse for so called logistics. Not going back for any future loads.

Do not buy Cortec Plus Vinyl plank flooring!! It is so soft, a standard kitchen chair with pads on bottom of legs will put dents in. In less then a month a 1800 floor is ruined. There warranty states hard surface products are not covered from dents and scratches, this is not a hard surface product. Shaw / US floors will not back their product. I wish I would have known before, I would have never installed this terrible product. I will post this on all social media , yelp and will be going to the BBB. Sad thing is all the time and money spent putting it in for such a bad result!
