This morning I discovered that an important member of the staff is a supporter of people and organizations that promote the idea that COVID-19 is a politically motivated hoax. This is absolutely unacceptable in a health care professional. I will never return to this practice, and I urge others to do the same. EDIT: In reply to the response from the owner: Yes, I am, or was, a patient. I also did not say that anyone at the office expressed the view that COVID-19 was a hoax. Social media activity by the person in question showed that they are a supporter of political commentators and news media outlets such as Breitbart, among others, that have spread dangerous misinformation about this pandemic. There is nothing slanderous, reckless, or negligent about making other potential patients aware of this fact. We all have a right to know if our health care providers' beliefs conflict or could conflict with our own notions of what constitutes quality care. However, it was irresponsible of me to include the name of the employee in my review. I have removed their name and any identifying characteristics from my original review.

I have been seen Dr Radford for about 3 years now and have been very satisfied with the care I have received. She is compassionate and very thorough. She has even worked with my functional Medicine doctor to help me get the best care through traditional and alternative medicine. Her nurse, Carol, has always been great about returning calls, answering questions and working me in when my health wasn’t the greatest. I’ve referred several people & will continue to do so!

I was scheduled an appointment a month out to see this Dr. who was referred to me by a very good friend. Her office requires that patients submit new patient paperwork 2 days in advance of their appointment. I received a reminder call the day the paperwork was due and submitted my paperwork at 7 am the following morning (a Friday) for an appointment on Monday afternoon. I was told that I would need to be rescheduled because it takes her staff two business days to get the paperwork in the system for the doctor to review. Any doctor's office that operates that slowly to process standard paperwork (after already verifying my insurance when I set the appointment) does not need to be in business. I DID NOT and WILL NOT reschedule.
