Went to Cirque to view a couple of apartments today. These apartments are very nice with great views of the city. Parker was amazing and very helpful. She Answered all my questions, Very professional. I can't wait to move in. Be sure to ask for Parker.

What are the three most famous words in Real Estate! Location Location Location! Cirque is right in the middle of EVERYTHING. Easy access, staff is top notch, building amenities are second to none. If your looking for the \Spot\ then I'd recommend checking out Cirque.

I decided to move to a high rise apartment in Dallas, and the second I entered the Cirque Residences it was just perfect!! Everyone was so nice and helpful from the valet, to the concierge, but especially the leasing department. I was helped by Nick, he showed me all of the floor-plans I had liked from the website and did not pressure me into anything. He was very helpful and always answered all my questions, now that I move in on September 1st I know I can always depend Nick:) I definitely recommend this apartment building, there is absolutely no place better in Dallas!!!!!
Maintenance is awesome that’s about it though. I haven’t seen my hallways since I moved in because of the dirty cardboard because of the 3 year long construction they can’t seem to get done. They dont valet, never did even before Covid. Have to go to the ascent to be able to have a drink at the pool with friends because they don’t allow guest here. no one interacts here because they vibe is so shutdown because of management. Literally everyone I’ve met has cut out of here and moved to other highrises victory park.
