THIS LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED DUE TO TORNADO DAMAGE. New location 6820 LBJ Fwy at Hillcrest . New location is much-needed improvement I luv it.

This building is shut down for renovations. If you show up for court date there's a sign that redirects you to new location: 6820 Lydon B. Johnson, Dallas TX 75240 Basically where Hillcrest meets LBJ I showed up at this location and it's open but court rooms are completed yet. They advised pending court dates would be rescheduled. Wait for a new date in the mail basically.

Money mongrels !, The court is packed to the max that it looks like a soup kitchen in South Dallas. All the tickets the corrupt police are issuing has this place FULL extorting money from the hard-working people !!! I gave the clerk all my money in cash and she didn't know how to count!! and wanted to say I gave her less money, plus she said she couldn't give change ( since I gave her more money ). YOU ALL ARE JUST CRIMINALS IN DISGUISE TAKING MONEY FROM THE REAL HARDWORKING PEOPLE. MY ADVICE IS FOR ALL OF YOU TO GET A REAL JOB #SCUM

I called every week about a ticket and they told me every time that they didnt have it in the system. They also gave me different info every time i called. Finally, after almost a month, they had it, so i came down. They told me they still had to enter it into the system.

I do understand that people may call and take their issues out on the clerks but not all people handle business this way. Therefore, I feel you should have people that are professional working in a place like this. I just listened to my husband being spoken to by Hillary from this office and she was the rudest person I have ever heard being in a customer service position. My husband had a missed call and was trying to get information and she kept smarting off at him like he was being aggressive when he was not. She kept saying I don't know what to tell you and I don't know I didn't call you and laughing being very rude and not helpful at all. When my husband asked to speak to her supervisor she said she didn't have one. After hanging up, I called back and Betty answered and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she immediately transferred me. It doesn't cost a person anything to treat a person the way you would want to be treated. I would not have anyone working for me like her. She definitely needs some training and another job!!!!
