The Fifth District is home of \Fruit of the Loom Fillmore\ who consistently covered the Ass of John Peyton despite gross misconduct and illegal activity in both the Kam and the Thomas Family Cases. Refer to the April 2017 D magazine article. Hopefully the Texas Legislature in 2019 enacts the Texas Probate Commission to allow Texas Families to by- pass the swamp and this Culture of Cover in the Texas Legal system.
