Ordered a bespoke shed in August. Was given a 10 week wait time so expected the shed by early November. We're pretty patient people but by late November/early December we were keen to get the shed due to building work due to happen. We were expecting our shed to be delivered the week before the Scottish tier system was introduced but it didn't happen and by the time the tier system was introduced they couldn't deliver as we live in a different county. The communication throughout wasn't great. Just constant chasing and ignored emails. I really just wish they'd told us they couldn't make a shed for us and admit to us that we wouldn't have a shed by November/December. We just kept getting excuse after excuse and being told they lacked weatherboard. However, we just ordered the same type of shed with the same measurements from another company and they managed to get it to us in 2 1/2 weeks. Granted this was exceptionally good service given the current climate of the pandemic but was a stark contrast to getting to the 17 week mark with no shed. We needed a shed for a practical purpose and couldn't go ahead with building work without a place to store stuff. I would avoid if you need a shed within a certain time frame, especially if you are outside the Edinburgh area.

I needed a shed to complete my garden project so I ordered one from Simply Sheds. It arrived this week and the guys delivered it, brought the pieces through my house to the back garden carefully and safely, and then assembled, all done very efficiently and professionally. I'm very happy with the service and the finished product, which seems very solid and well built, and if I ever need a shed again, I know who to call.
Best ordering elsewhere, these guys have totally overcommitted themselves. I placed an order at the start of August and was told it would be ready in 10 weeks. 16 weeks on and they still can’t tell me when it’s going to be ready. If you order now you’ll be lucky to see anything within 6 months.
Not so easy to find someone to speak to at the weekend. Once quoted, only a couple of weeks to wait. Excellent service delivered and built in 30 minutes!
