Do not use the car wash if you have a rear wiper blade on your car. They do not warn you and mine was ripped clean off. To make things worse, their insurance company then denies liability.

Hand jet wash is never working! There's rarely any signs to indicate this. So you're just filled with massive disappointment after you've parked up, walked to the kiosk and asked to purchase a token. Absolute rubbish! I drive down the road to get my fuel just because they can't have this simple thing working, I take my money else where.

Will never visit again Been passing through and noticed 2 car cue to car wash. Popped in, spend 15min in the cue to get to the counter and the person behind saying, he can not serve me, machine doesn't work. Really??? After 15min???

If you are driving, the petrol station is okay. However the store and the staff are just not polite and not helpful at all. I was sold with gone off milk on my Costa coffee when I was pregnant and they DID NOT offer for an exchange or anything at all. At the same time me and my partner have bought a sandwich that is meant to be on a deal; without knowing it was on deal and when we tried to re-buy to get the offer whilst still in the store, they did not accommodate us at all and told us that it was already punched on the till. Well if they have told us that there is promotion on our item before punching it then it would have been much pleasant and easier for everyone. Mind you I was 5months pregnant that time. I have worked on customer service and have a family business who deals with customer service in a fast pace in a daily basis and this is not how you deal with an actual paying customer. Not buying anything from there again.
