I really enjoy the classes at Cycle Chi. They have a variety of classes - some are cycle only (30, 45, or 60 minutes) and some are a combination of cycle and weight training. I especially like the combination classes - Cycle and Sculpt (30 min cycle followed by weight training) and Ripped Ride (high speed 10 min ride, 10 min weight alternating for 45 minutes). The studio is a nice size. It isn't so big that you feel lost in a sea of people. The instructors are welcoming and always great you with a smile and encouragement.

Never regret a workout at Cycle Chi! Always leave feeling much better than when I arrived! The vibrant energy, non-intimidating atmosphere, fun mix of music, and friendly co-riders and instructors make exercise as painless as it can be!

Grandma’s Babushka

Great place for a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. Krista is a . great instructor and makes the class fun and motivating. The bikes give you stats like cadence, heart rate, power, and more. The bikes are also SPD cleat friendly, or you can ride with regular sneakers. The stats are put on a leaderboard which makes the riding motivating and fun, and also you get a post ride email where you can analyze your workout. Lastly, there are different modalities that alternate with cycling and lifting weights/foam rolling/sculpting exercises which creates a nice variability!
