Started treatment for a discoloured tooth a few weeks ago, and couldnt be happier. Staff are always so friendly and approachable. Dentist is a lovely lady working alongside lovely assistants. Highly recommend.

Very friendly service but had a lot of trouble with my bookings (around 3 / 4 times) either being cancelled and rearrange (one time on the day) or just not have been put correctly into their system. Secondly I was not happy with the result from my second hygienist appointment. She could not finish the job on my first visit and I was understanding about it as I haven't been to a dentist for a few years but I still had stains on after my second visit. I did put in a formal complaint where I was given an apology and offered a free Sylc appointment with the hygienist and an appointment with the dentist on the same day. I was pleased that both appointments were on their system for this visit and I was extremely happy with the results with the hygienist and she did explain why there were still stains from the previous visit which I was understanding about.
I unlike the previous complainant , I am happy. I as Understand the ebs and flows in the real world. If for instance the comment made , he was late and had to hurry off but demanded such, would he comment that the dentist appreciated his attitude and understanding to not complain about him. That’s me a patient and your not the only patient here. I appreciate the staff the system the stress sometimes they are under. Take a break have a kitkat mate. Go up Snowdon and have toothache. Then complain.
