Rude and felt like there didnt care.. old cwmbran boots is a let down.

Can get very busy and therefore sometimes you will have a bit of a wait. Staff are always friendly and helpful and you never see anyone stood around doing nothing, they are always on the go. To all those that are complaining about the waiting times and rudeness of staff all I can say is get a grip. I have never heard any of the staff be rude to anyone even when customers are ranting about incorrect/missing scripts which turn out to be surgery mistakes not pharmacy ones 99% of the time, or moaning when they haven't got all of their tablets. Its a small, very busy branch and they do not have infinite space for stock so yes, occasionally they will run out of some items. If coming back the next day is such a problem then find another pharmacy. Finally, to all the staff at Old Cwmbran Boots, keep smiling and thank you for doing a great job especially during these difficult times. I no doubt will see you soon.

Never answer phone, always slower than molasses and some of the younger staff have a disgustingly rude attitude! If someone who is hard he of hearing asks you to speak up please do so, dont ignore them and mumble even more!!!

Having spent the last couple of years queuing for 20 minutes to pick up a repeat prescription that was ready behind the counter they decide to bring in an express counter. Great so I thought. The only thing is they stopped sending me the texts - so even tough I knew it was ready - as they didn't text me I still had to queue. I have now made alternative arrangements and am using Lloyds who seem to care about their customers
