Hired a BMW and requested the condition to be clean inside and out. Was disappointed by the condition of the car and the fact I had to spend money to make it motorway worthy Because I needed to travel up north. Wasn't happy with the pretty unprofessional attitude of the manager, however, The issues were resolved after a lengthy phone call. Variety of cars is really good however, and the price is a lot cheaper than what I expected, just be aware of not much parking outside the shop. Will hire from these guys again, to clarify if this was just a one-off or if they're really not capable of looking after their stock.

Hired the Yellow A35 from CVS perfect car was available last minute for my sisters wedding. Unfortunately the car was dirty but was offered a car wash free of charge. So I won’t let that affect the rating of the service, which was seamless they checked the car with me thoroughly and showed me existing damages unlike other companies who make you search for the damages. When returning the car you have have to return it on what you received it on which is better then other companies where you have to give it back on empty. They checked through the car and were happy didn’t take longer then 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service from their team from the first call to returning the car. Thanks to Faizal for assisting me last minute. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
