obviously money hungry more interested in making profit than customer satisfaction went to great lengths to explain how I have been driving my car the wrong way (Subaru legacy estate diesel) that instead of driving in normal gears ie 60mph in top gear I should be driving it in third gear at 3500revs.what is the point of having 6 gears if you cannot use them.got a dpf clean done car ran for 200mls needed the job done again take it to your local car dealer it will cost half the price and probably get better results.

Had a catastrophic experience with this company a couple of years back, when my elderly parents purchased a high-end Subaru demo vehicle. Every single aspect of the transaction went wrong. They billed my mother for supposed damage on the trade-in vehicle and accused my parents of concealing it - except that by law dealers accept trade-ins as-is, and we have independent evidence that the damage was not present at the time of the hand-over. They didn't purchase the trade-in vehicle off the finance company, and my mother continued to be billed for months. They didn't register my mother as the owner of the the new car with the DVLA. They didn't provide a proper quotation or receipt. They didn't respond to any communications. And we had a bad experience with their service department. When we called in the UK distributor to mediate, they flat-out lied to them about the facts of the case. We took legal advice and were informed that they were 100% in the wrong on all counts. When threatened with litigation they caved in, but with the worst possible grace, and offered derisory compensation. The whole experience was very stressful and time-consuming for my parents. Apparently this company has no issues with illegally harassing a customer in his 90s. I know an experienced Subaru dealer, and he said that this is the worst case he's ever heard of from any dealer in the Subaru network, or from any main dealer, for that matter. Clearly a company with incompetent management and profound systemic issues. Avoid at all costs. Great car, but purchase elsewhere.
