I brought my girlfriend here & we received excellent service. The server was friendly & funny. Our steaks were cooked exactly how we wanted & everything tasted great. I have no complaints. We will definitely be returning.

I loved the food here. Everything was so good and I ate until I felt like I was going to explode. Our waitress Katelyn was great and made sure everything was perfect and how we wanted. Will definitely go back to this Outback!
The online system took my order, but never sent it to the restaurant. Called when I arrived was told the order wasn't even made. They said it could be ready in an hour. Over an hour later, still waiting was on hold for over 10 minutes and was told it's closer to being ready. Guess this was a bag idea for Valentine's day.
One of my favorite spots in Crystal Lake! Great atmosphere, and very clean/well kept restaurant.
As Always they don't disappoint. Server was very attentive and very appreciative with the tip I gave. Order this 22oz rib eye and was cooked the way a medium should be. Potato soap was good also for a start!!!
