Britannia Glass & Glazing Ltd was absolutely brilliant! Not only was the company’s customer service responsive at unsociable hours, they have lived to the company’s standards. I was searching for weeks through many traders, but no one could do what I requested. I would highly recommend Britannia Glass, this was quick, easy and a smooth process! I will definitely be using their service again.
Steve and his colleague provided a fantastic service for us. We had a cracked window pane that was replaced swiftly and without drama. Steve provided us a quote very quickly and was able to come out to do the repair at a time that suited our business. Competitively priced. Highly recommend!
We had a large shop front window smashed 3 days before Christmas. Britannia came same day to board it up, making it safe. They then came again on Christmas Eve to install the new window. It was a tricky job but they did it quickly and efficiently, with a positive attitude and good communication throughout. 5 stars!
Would recommend Britannia Glass. Quote was reasonable and competitive compared to others we received. Spoke to Steve a few times who always responded in a timely manner and was polite and professional. Same thing when they turned up on the day to do the job - polite and professional. Job was also done to a high standard - couldn't find any issues or faults once the window replacement was completed.
