I have dealt with Crown for over 6 years, Matteo is an excellent account manager and this week Chantelle has resolved an account service query within 24h, no waiting for 10 days until your email is read. Crown’s service quality is first rate and is sadly in stark contrast to many other energy suppliers.
Put simply I couldn't be happier with the product or the service supplied by CG&P! To be able to buy 100% Biogas is a huge deal for Midas Pattern Co Ltd, it means that we can be our 'greenest' selves, I would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone who wants to make a reduction in their carbon footprint and do the responsible thing by getting behind renewables. As a corporate, multi site broker I deal with a lot of suppliers and cannot understate the value of Crowns service & support. From Sales, to technical, to billing queries are resolved promptly and completely. There seems to be a real culture of taking ownership & responsibility at Crown which results in great & personable service.
Its very rare these days for anyone to highlight an individual who has been most helpful. I first approached Chantelle to assist with invoice queries. After some very sketchy information from me Chantelle found what I was after. Subsequently Chantelle assist on another matter in a very timely manner. Chantelle’s email etiquette, professionalism and speed in resolution was second to none. I wish that all of my contractors and suppliers acted in the same manner as Chantelle.
