Poor service. Very rude people. Talk to you in a very bad manner. Would not recommend doing business here. I sent my purchased guns back Indiana because of their customer service. I'll go somewhere else period. Won't get my money.
I purchased a gun from here years back. No problems then except when I went to pick it up, I had to wait a little while for service. They were busy, but nobody even acknowledged me and told me they’ll be right with me or anything. Fast forward years later to this year. I’ve called a few times to check on ammo and to see if they had a particular gun or if they can order it. Each time they act like you’re bothering them when they answer the phone. The woman kind of sounds like she’s talking down to you. I asked one of the guys how he’s doing and he just completely ignored my question and repeated how can I help you. So I won’t be shopping here anymore. I don’t care how close they are to my house. You’re pretty much in a black area. If you don’t want to be bothered with this customer base......Move to another location. There’s other shops in the area. I’ll find another one.
Went there to purchase firearms for a family member. I found the owner and staff to be very rude. They don’t wear masks while dealing with customers. It was not a good experience or atmosphere for spending my money.while I’m unsure if they treat everyone this way, or if there was an issue with people with melanin.
