Houtan was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions whether via phone or email. I was so surprised how quickly he was able to answer my questions when I had them. He was also very thorough in answering them - he not only answered the \what\ but the \why\ and \how\ (which was very important for me as a teacher!). I was referred to Houtan by a fellow teacher, and I would make the same recommendation to others as well.
Houtan and team was able to provide a cash out refinancing loan, where Bank of America could not. If you have passive income properties that worth major and you want access to your cash, Houtan and team are the way to go.
