Asked to use these guys after a very good experience being moved by them in 2012. Sadly the 2021 experience not so good. Visit and quote for house move given. 150 deposit paid December 2020. Completion dragged out but felt fairly confident that when completion did happen we could give 4 weeks notice for a move on 19th March. Told that this was not possible as they were now fully booked up until 12th April. We now have to find a new firm at very short notice with the additional costs that entails. Deposit returned no questions on that but surely if they were going to book up they would have had the good manners to let us know? Obviously filling the coffers is more important to them. A shame as in the past I would have recommended them - sadly that is no longer the case. Not impressed at all.

Had a quote, the chap who did this was great and on this strength we thought we use them. Unfortunately we found the office most unhelpful when trying to book our dates. Understandable they can’t confirm dates until exchange but the office were short and gave no help or advice. To say is was like blood out of a stone fits great.
We recently hired Rose Removals for my mum's house move. They were consistently helpful throughout - the three men who attended on the day were friendly, polite and made sure everything was left in the right place. Good value too. Highly recommended!
Really pleased with the service I got from Rose Removals. They were more than happy to go to a storage unit and another property before delivering my items. The staff were helpful and professional, even considering additional procedures for COVID.
Rose were very professional in their dealings with us, they arrived on time, the staff were polite and hard working both upon removal of our furniture into storage and on it's return. Highly recommended.
