Excellent service from sales manager Marcus, I brought the bike in lockdown from 150 miles away and Marcus was on the end of the phone whenever I had a random question of wanted more pictures to drool over. Great price and great service. 5 Stars.

Awful experience with buying parts. Ordered a KTM rear tail light, the red lens cover broke and fell apart with vibration on very first ride (images attached). Totally stone-walled by customer service unwilling to offer any form of decent compensation (other than order the same bad part at \cost price\) or help the warranty claim against KTM who are claiming I crashed (they also said I had probably been off-roading which is also not true but quite amusing considering they make off road bikes eady to race\ - eady to race\ apart from the tail light apparently!). I have been stone walled by KTM and P&H Motorcycles and I really feel robbed..... As a compromise I suggested they give me a credit note for the profit they made on the part and they still refused this. The amount is just pennies but the principle really matters..... clearly not losing face is more important to them. Short sightedness has lost them another customer for future orders. P&H Motorcycles - please spare me your template response to this review with the pretence that you actually care, it does not save your image... Just thought I would warn other riders what to expect from you. Thank you.

Do not get your bike serviced at this place they are inept. They incorrectly tightened my chain so my wheel was out of alignment sent them the picture and no apology just lame excuses. I did 650 miles to Scotland over four days before checking and adjusting the chain then I noticed the mistake. I emailed Phill in service and he handled it really badly saying customer's need to check over their bikes when collecting them first. What a joke why take your bike to a Yamaha service centre if you have to do that. Total lack of care has been taken by the mechanics was told I hit a pothole that made the bolt wind itself in what a joke. I really question if they do the work see the other post. They will sell you a bike happily enough but the service department is inept and don't know what they are doing. Said they couldn't do anything unless they did an inspection funny that as I am in Scotland. Avoid Avoid Avoid
