I have been meaning to write a review on this business for some time now.Craig's Farm Diary is a local run business in the West of Dorset County. It has its own farm shop that offers quite a range of goods. James, flour, vegetables, fruit, eggs (in large trays if you want and also in sizes from small to extra large) and local dorset produce from other suppliers as well. The staff are really friendly and are always helpful. Its famous for its ice creams and they are out of this world. Just outside the shop there is a small seating with some wooden table and benches where you can sit down and relax while having a coffee or something to nibble. Although the dairy is right next to you and its staff are coming and going, it is very tranquil. In the summer it's just nice to sit down relax and listen to nature. In the mornings they used to offer breakfasts and the portions were good and the taste was amazing. On at least one of my days off, I would treat myself to one of their breakfasts. There is a small eating area inside, but for obvious reasons that has not been used for some time. They still do takeaway coffees. And they do offer sausage rolls and pasties over the counter to take away. I would recommend the sausage rolls!! Amazing pastry, amazing taste. Whether you are a local or come here during the holiday season, this little gem deserves a visit. They do offer deliveries as well and they have been busy with those since the first wave. I've not added photos of the outside area yet, since its been a bit dull and dreary recently. When I next there on a sunny day, I shall put some on here.

Always buy my free range eggs from here so that is the perfect opportunity to stop off for a coffee or one of their very yummy ice cream milk shakes.. There are a few tables outside to sit and relax on a nice day or you can eat inside.
Massive slices of cake and really creamy coffee. Great choice of soft drinks..not the usual fizzy stuff. Farm goods on sale also delicious. Service great and friendly..social distancing measures in place were fine. Recommend the carrot cake
What a hidden gem! My first visit yesterday & Absolutely loved this place. So glad i happened to drive past. Amazing food! Coffee cake was gorgeous, as was the ice cream! All freshly made from scratch on site. Milk is so fresh & tasty from their own cows! Wish there were more farm tea room type places like this. Loved sitting outside in the sunshine watching the cows and farm whilst enjoying a pot of tea & cake! Will be visiting here everytime I go to Dorset! Well done Craig family & the team!
Rustic, friendly delicious cream tea. If you opt to sit outside you'll enjoy the wonderful English countryside, wasps and all! A well stocked farm shop too.
