This doesn’t even deserved one star. I Booked a taxi on Tuesday Morning for thursday night and I specifically asked for “a taxi bus for 7 people”. On Thursday night one single taxi showed up and left by the time I even got my shoes on. My friend called A1 to let them know that one taxi had showed up then left when we ordered a taxi bus, and asked if they had any buses available or even two taxis - in which they denied that I had made the booking then told us there was no taxis left etc. So I had called them back explaining that I had specifically booked the taxi bus for 7 people and the man on the phone was so so rude and didn’t even try to apologise for the mix up so I told him if the calls are recorded then he can go back and hear then he just hung up. I will definitely not be using this service again due to lack of management within the business, the very very very rude staff and not to mention how UNRELIABLE it is. However, I got wonderful service from phone a cab who were able to give us two taxis within 10 mins of making that calls - not to mention how cheap and friendly the service was.
Booked a taxi for 20 to 9 for my daugther to go to school and didnt show up to bring her u would think they would have the decency to call u and tell u they cant make it had to keep her off school because off this so raging
Booked a taxi from Lurgan to home, has to to be the friendist taxi man ever, chatted away all the way home. Gary your a star.
