We had an amazing dining experience here. The food was beautiful the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Holly, was so awesome! She was very friendly and helpful and very attentive. The staff new we were celebrating a Birthday and Anniversary and they brought our some chocolates and kept offering complimentary champagne! Such a great night! Thank you so much

Little dear for a piece of salmon quite small. GF pizza was pretty pricey too. Wedges was nice and priced reasonably. Bar drinks nice! White rabbit beer tasted great! Nice ambience. Near to the few walks which was great!

Fancy fine dining and worth the cost. Make sure you book ahead and would recommend the cheese platter.

Perfectly located in Cradle Mountain NP. Excellent food in a great setting (the fireplace makes it very cosy). Food was absolutey gorgeous. And that risotto... so so good!

Beautiful fine dining in the Cradle Mountain National Park. Staff are wonderful and the food is sensational- amazing flavours, perfectly combined to compliment each other. Choice of 4, 5 or 6 plates- staff will help you select the right dishes/ number of dishes you for table. Plates are beautifully presented in a modern and contemporary style. All wines are Tasmanian- all excellent local wines.

Not exactly a 'fine dining' experience (although priced like one). More so bistro style food.

Loved the food here, and service is top notch! Credit to the team at Highland in providing such a unique experience.

The food prepared was sophisticated and fresh. would recommend people to try the seafood chowder and the mains! Even the black pudding with scallops for entree doesn't taste too strong. Nice ambience where you can see the woods outside. Must make a reservation before you go there as it is usually fully booked.
