Very nice, quiet place. Had some maintenance issues but most resolved timely. 8 years.

The maintenance department is the best. My mother-in-law lives here and he goes out of his way to assist her in any need she has.

i have waited 5 years for the chance to move into Harristown Park Apartments. Finally after calling about every 6 months since 2012 I was told I could come in and fill out an application. In the middle of my filling out there was a question about my 8# shitzu. I was told only service dogs were allowed. I went to my Dr. and had the appropriate papers filled out. First visit lasted aboiut 2 1/2 hrs. Started trying to get appointment to continue the move in process. That girl had left and after calling, leaving messages or not (bcs voice mail full),for about 2 more weeks. I talked with a training supervisor. Within a few days I saw her finished the paperwork and was hopeful. But after not being able to reach her for 2 weeks more, she told me I was approved and needed to call the new manager for appt. I had already scheduled a vacation for Aug 7-23, so told her I wouldn't be able to MOVE IN until Aug 26. So after again not hearing from anyone about time and day for finally signing and taking care of money, I finally called the supervisor again. She called the manager and she still didn't call me. Called back 2 hours later,. then manager called me. I advised her I was ready to move in on 26 and she argued with me that I didn't want to move in until AFTER the 26. Explained I needed to sign papers to move in on 26 bcs I again was going to be out of town for another week. I was so upset by this conversation that I told her I did not want to live there any longer if that was how they treat their customers..She said she didn't have TIME to see me 24 or 25 and they are closed on saturday. I am still so upset over this whole thing and to think I really wanted to move into Harristown Park Apartments.
