Friendly, tasty food, fair value for money. Try the lamb burger. Very good.
Had a lovely family lunch today. Carvery was great as usual. Excellent service too.
Unfriendly and rude staff, not welcoming in the slightest and not a smile in sight they make you feel as though you are an inconvenience to them. The tea and cappuccino was tasteless, the blonde waitress gave my mother a cup with red lipstick when we alerted her about this politely she didn't even apologise, she retrieved a clean cup which she plonked down on the table again no apology or slightest bit of friendliness. Randomly the waitress with the ginger hair walked up to the table plonked the bill down on the table and walked off without saying a word to us, we hadn't even requested it. The supervisor was friendly and helpful towards my relatives with limited mobility. Extremely disapointed as it is a beautiful setting however the staff lack basic customer service skills and this ruins the experience. Unlikely to return.
