Incredibly disappointing. I booked and paid for a couples session on their website, with about two weeks notice. I was called a day or so beforehand and told that I would have to rebook, because \the website shouldn't have let me book that date and time\ because there was not a counselor available. After being bounced around a few times over a few days, I had a new session booked. They decided to cancel this appointment last minute on me. With this, I opted for a refund. I have been consistently asking for the status of this refund, being told I would be called back, and not receiving any update. I have continued to call, and the only response I have gotten is \I have sent out an email about it.\ It shouldn't take more than a day or two to process something like this, realistically. Here I am, coming up on two weeks, and they are still not issuing a refund, and not giving me a reason why. Multiple administrative errors, shortfalls, and mistakes have made dealing with this organization a massive vexation. I can't speak as to the quality of their counsellors, but I can say that their administrative component is an absolute travesty.

I called today to set up an appointment I found out I have to do it on zoom the young lady at the office sent me an email right away and set me up made things way easier than they have been in the past
