Staff all very friendly, got a good deal on a new caravan
I change my caravan every 2-4 years so I have dealt with numerous Caravan dealers in the past and there always seems to be a niggle a problem or something with the deal! These guys have been absolutely perfect I could not have asked for a better service from initial enquiry, hand over and even the aftercare service they have provided for me. From my initial enquiry they called me back exactly when they said they would (there is nothing more frustrating than a non call back!) I had the best deal I could find on a new caravan, they gave me the best part ex price on my old caravan and they did not try to pull it apart on inspection to offer me less. THIS IS A COMMON TRICK OF THE TRADE!! They stood on the figures agreed. Lots of coffee and a full handover and demonstration of the caravan which was all set up with hot running water, heating on and everything was covered. Caravan was presented perfectly and freshly cleaned! Staff were friendly, no nonsense and could not have done more to help. It gets better.... I am having to use the Caravan due to Covid -19. There has been a fault with the water system of which I emailed at 6am asking for help. 8am one of the directors is on the phone and has gone into work for me (bear in mind they are shut) got the part and posted it first class. First class service, first class business. I do not normally write reviews but praise where praise is due. You have my future business.
Cotswold Edge never fail to amaze me. Fantastic service and everyone goes the extra mile. Can't speak highly enough of servicing or sales. Absolutely brilliant!
I bought my caravan 12 months ago but have left my review until now because I wanted to leave a review of the entire experience, not just the first couple of weeks. The service I have received from Cotswold Edge has been excellent. Every member of staff I have dealt with from the sales team, servicing department and office staff have been very friendly and easy to deal with. I have had a couple of minor issues with the van in the past year and the service department has gone above and beyond to sort them out for me. I have dealt with other dealers in the past and once you have bought something, they are not interested in any issues, often fobbing you off. I would highly recommend considering this company if you are thinking of buying a new or used caravan.
