Was looking for a gym on vacation and stumbled upon this place and super happy about it! We paid for week passes - 4 people for 125 - which is awesome. The gym is tiny, but really effective, as it has everything you need to get a great workout in.

Rick provides great coaching for me during the summer so I could keep up my game. Really helped me identify some problems and work on my overall skill. Rick raised my expectations for a quality coach. Whether you do clinics or lessons, I highly recommend Pine Island.

Probably one of the best spots for a gym on the Outer Banks. You're in the middle of an Audubon sanctuary. Decent selection of machines and all very clean. Very friendly folks.

nice selection of free weights, Universal and other standard equipment. Clean facility showers bathrooms as well as nice tennis courts as well. Plenty of cardio and flexibility equipment as well. Several running machines and steppers. Exercise bikes round out the equipment. Towels, televisions, and a pleasant staff make for a great visit.
