Absolutely amazing service, I made an order and it arrived in less than 24hours! I highly recommend.
My experience with staff here has been amazing and this is not a one star for them but a one star for the manager present during this altercation. A staff was sneezing and cough uncontrollably, I felt uncomfortable at the time and I could see staff was also uncomfortably. Eventually a woman who looked like the acting manager at the time came over and moved that staff away from the counter, never the less she eventually decided to move another staff to the counter without sanitizing the area first. I could see the discomfort in the poor gentleman's eyes but at the same time I could tell he needed the Job so he didn't object. No one defended him or stood up when the time mattered, the poor guy you could tell he was angry. I didn't say anything because I wanted my material to make my jewellery and I didn't want any problems. We talk about standing up for people, but we never actually stand up for anyone when it matters because we are all so scared, this has been in my mind for so long and I am ashamed that I didn't say this earlier.
What a joke! I ordered a presidium moissanite tester to Barcelona in December of 2020, and they made the shippment from the UK during 2021, so the border costs with the shipment costs together were about 200 (due Brexit). Right then, I declined the order and asked to the customs agents to return it back to the uk (as the cooksongold comercial told me on the phone to save them trouble and streamline the return process for them). Well, after a month and a half, I still haven't received my money back, and no one has contacted me. No email, no phone, no sms, NOTHING! I called several times and never solved me the problem, they just hang up. If this continues over the next few days, I'll be forced to report it to the authorities.
