The absolute worst insurance experience I ever encountered. It is amazing that USAA uses this company. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful during the entire process, nobody worse than S. Landon. I am astounded at the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this company while representing a major insurer. It is also clear that the only positive reviews come from friends or employees of the company.

Nathaniel was the worst person that I've ever dealt with over the phone. He was inconsiderate, pushy, and down right unconcerned about my reservations in accepting any offer that he made. I'm sure these negotiation tactics are taught and perhaps accepted. Unfortunately, the culture, unprofessionalism, and harassment that I experienced is almost grounds for a lawsuit. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

Those are the rudest people ever experienced in my life, I have a diminished value claim with USAA for my truck and I got call from this Audit as the third party hired by USAA to ruin the claims and abase the value of your rights, Teresa tried to enforce the a check to me by using tricky way to accept it without clarifying anything but she treat me with a harassment to accept around 15% of my official appraisal/diminish value.. shame on USAA to treat people like that by hiring unqualified people and companies to work on their behalf to ruin people financial

This company is HORRIBLE. Amber H., the manager of Administration Services, was rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, and showed absolutely no interest in helping the customer. Calling customers \ugly\ over the phone was extremely unprofessional. She also hung up the phone when I requested to speak with her manager or another supervisor. This company is an absolute waste of time and space. They have NO consideration for anyone on the phone and have no idea what they're doing, let alone figure out how to use their resources. I don't recommend this company for anything or to anyone. I am baffled at the fact that my insurance company chose them to handle anything! P.S. Google Reviews was made for the customers who have to deal with the companies or organizations providing services. NOT for employees to make the company look good. Doing that only proves our point.
