Well everytime I phone i never get a answer my mother has phone and email and no response she left my number n her email address and nothing this is been going on since June so don't think I'll ever hear from them quite annoyed do not know what to do

Rang 5 times and every time someone answers the phone the hangs up putting you to voice mail

I have been to see them since Thursday, my daughters and my details were taken (I'm the Dad long story short) I've not had any call backs I have been to see you several times which was a waste of time and energy I have jumped through the hoops you created which made a difficult time even harder I wont bother mentioning my health though I will mention it's not great! Your lucky you got one star to be honest.
