I love Best Friends Animal Healhcare. I have taken our two dogs and one cat. When you call very polite on the phone, they answer questions. My animals don’t seem to mind going. I would recommend Best Friends to all.

Jack is the best! We started going here within the last year with our older dog. Jack immediately picked up on Buddy's personality and could tell when he wasn't the same. We really felt like after only a visit or two he knew and remembered Buddy, and always felt like Buddy was in great hands. We recently had to put Buddy to sleep and Jack was great through the entire process. Gave us sound advice and really listened to our concerns. I wish we would have taken Buddy there his entire life, but at least they were able to help us at the end. Would highly recommend Best Friends to anyone needing a vet, and will definitely choose them as a vet if we have another pup in the future.

We absolutely love Dr. Jack and his staff! The doctor’s exams are thorough and he explains things in great detail. He is gentle with the animals and truly seems to have their best interests at heart. He never rushes with appointments or makes you feel like you’re an imposition on his time. He gives thorough exam explanations & always discusses all the options and even makes suggestions as to the most economical choices for pet health. Dr. Jack came in on a Sunday for an emergency call when we had to have our cat put down. He was very empathetic and kind to us through that process. We very highly recommend Dr. Jack & the Best Friends staff.

Best friends was very accommodating. They got me and my fur baby in in just minutes after my current now form vet started they couldn't get me in. All the staff were very caring and helpful. It was nice to speak with the veterinarian in person.
