Without any doubts or reservations, Dr.Lee Carson listens well to what you have to say. This was a very positive experience. She surrounds herself with class A assistants who also listen attentively. They summarize your needs and interests from the get-go. She acknowledges your values and perspectives from your point of view giving you the values of respect. I like that. A very good experience worth waiting for. Very professional.

We had a appointment at 9:30. We went there at 8:45. We filled up the papers and gave those to them. They did not tell me that I need to have my social security on hand. When it hits exactly the time for my appointment they tell me that you need to have your social security. We told them we can go get it from home. They said we canceled your appointment. Make a new one for no reason at all. They did accept that they were wrong. Instead they said that we are recording what you are saying and doing. And will call the police. There staff those 3 ladies sitting on the counter. Are very bad they don’t know how to treat people. They talked to me very rudely. They said get out of the office. We went in to the parking and waited for the police. No one came. We went back and said we are waiting for the police why are they not here. They said you guys call them. We said why should we call them. We did nothing wrong you guys are wrong. Counter ladies have no sense and do not care about the pacient. Very rude and disrespectful. Will never go again. There are lots of dermatologist in this city. He is not the only one. Very bad experience
If you want someone who \keeps to time\ or you want to be \in and out\, you will love this doctor. But if you need a thorough and trustworthy head-to-toe after a history of melanoma, this might not be the doctor for you. After one visit, we'll be seeing someone else.
I have been seeing Dr. Carson at least annually for the past 4 or 5 years. I found her to be very professional and have not had to wait for long periods of time as I do in most doctors' offices. She deals with my problem and moves on. While some reviewers seem to expect her to hand around and chat, I would much prefer that she keeps on schedule so I don't have to wait forever to see her. I have never felt rushed and highly recommend her.
Go somewhere else. I went into her office with several concerns about my skin. None of my concerns were addressed. I was asked if what was going on with me was real or if I was “just seeing things”. Dismissive. Rude. Unprofessional. Just wanted that check. Take your business elsewhere. She scripted out some cream antiobiotics and pill antibiotics and walked out. And in the end, my concerns were real. I went elsewhere. Find another dermatologist to go to. I would love to expand this complaint but I don’t feel like wasting anymore time typing about this woman.
