Excellent from start to finish. We got a decent part ex for our old hymer and the new bailey 625 autograph was ready and prepped in no time. Good points were the no quibble refund of a minor warranty issue (tracking) and the extra help we had at handover with them giving an extra gas bottle. Rikki was very helpful at all times.
