The Spurs

Hands down the best Chinese takeaway food in Colchester. I have been a long time customer even when I moved out of the area.... and the staff/owners always offer that personal touch and remember their regular customers. Delicious food served up nice and quickly..... you cannot go wrong here! PAUL

I thought I would try this place as my usual Chinese (new Asia delight) was closed. I'm not picky with food, but this was horrendous. Ordered quite a few things off of the menu. The chilli chicken wings were good and chicken fried rice was ok but the chicken chow mein and roast pork with vegetables had no flavour at all. The lemon chicken just had to be put in the bin, due to being slimy and lacking taste. Never again

Been coming here for years. Hands down the best Chinese take-away in Colchester. Fast, fresh & delicious, have never had it bettered. So, over a year since our first review and our love affair with this takeaway continues. Tucked away at the bottom of their menu is a \Leave it to us Meal\ - we finally got around to trying it tonight for two people and Pierre did not disappoint, plenty of truly delicious dishes. If you haven't ordered from here before, go for it, you deserve a treat!
