This is a fantastic gym, very well equipped and never have to queue to use a machine. The staff on reception are incredibly helpful, they really go out of their way to help you and it feels like this is a huge step above the usual gyms in terms of how they look after you. Also very good value for money and lots of excellent classes and courts to book. A definite 5 stars with no negative points.

This was the gym of my body transformation. I used to spent over 28 hours per week, during my academic life. I have a lot of memories here and I love this place. However, among others I was not happy about this year refurbishment. They made the GYM relatively smaller with less machines.The majority of my friends left, but I could not. Overall, the gym has literally the latest technology you can get in gym equipment and GOD I love the new platforms for deadlift or squats but they remove a lot machines that I found really necessary and the room upstairs. Anyways no hard feelings guys, I wish you all the best.
